Sure thing, a Bush parody in 1977. Retard.
The truth is, liberal/leftoid writers have a long tradition of clandestinely based their villains on the MRRP (Most Recent Republican President).
They couldn't attack Eisenhower because he was le war hero against fascism but they tore into Joe McCarthy.
But then Nixon (the guy who rekt Alger Hiss) came along and got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, and boy did they let him HAVE IT. Darkseid and Thanos were supposedly based on him too, as well as the Enclave leader from Fallout 2.
Then there was Reagan (another hard anti-leftist), and the villain of Judge Dredd was based on him IIRC (in later years this switched to Trump).
Then there were the Bushes, and works taking the piss out of them were practically a whole-ass genre.
And then of course, Trump.
Zoomers think this is something new, but it isn't.
